Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty: JP Guitars warrants its instruments against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (1) year after date of original purchase.

Instrument repair or replacement shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy for any claim under this warranty. All warranty claims must include original receipt from purchase and return authorization number from JP Guitars. Instruments returned without return authorization will be refused and shipped back at the owners expense. This warranty does not cover damage due to neglect of care for instrument. Instruments must be returned unaltered and in original condition.

All warranty claims will be evaluated prior to warranty service.
